Mindset: Don't be afraid to return to the basics. We can all get into the habit of getting complacent. Review your actions. Allow for a change of mentality. Challenge what you think you know.
Remember: Mindset is a series of beliefs that humans hold about themselves.
Informed Decisions: When you spend time building the foundations of therapy, the client understands what to expect and how to handle the unexpected in therapy. When the client understands the basics, they make their own decisions to participate in treatment.
