Welcome to our August series. We asked if you wanted stories about our clients and so many people said yes! (If you're not sure this is true, check out our facebook post here.)
A few months ago in our Niche series, we wrote about May and her struggles with private practice. The post was viewed, a lot. So this month, we're going to write about how we work through a practitioner / client centred focus to give the practitioner a specific foundation to build a base, growth, knowledge and referrals in private practice. It's the ultimate affordable way to get stability in private practice.
While we normally focus on the practice owner, we find that our model is clearly defined as working with contractors and helping them succeed in private practice. When they succeed, so does the principal.
Without establishing a direction, you can spend all day moving and never get where you want to go. So, for the start of this month, we're taking one practitioner and telling you their journey. (And a few techniques we used to help them on that path!)
Get your notebook out....you're going to need it.
