Marketing Made Easy: Batching

Writer's picture: Natasha AceNatasha Ace

Now that you've made a plan for what you want to do, you have to actually create the content. If you know that you are going to do one GP visit per month, set aside three days a year to sit down and collate the GP data, make phone calls and get bookings.

If you're writing 12 blogs a month, block out two days of the year to sit and write the blog content.

The more content you can prepare, the better off you'll be prepared to stay consistent.

Batching is as easy as (do this right now) going into your diary and blocking out time to do ONE thing. (Writing the 12 topics - 1 hour) (Writing 3 blog articles - 1/2 day) (Creating social media graphics - 1 day)

Batching will allow you to stay in the mindset for building your content.

Now, if you're saying to me, Natasha, this is well and good but I don't NEED any new referrals. I'll ask you the following questions:

1. Are 100% of your clients your ideal client?

2. Do you have any clients who are being seen who are billed a lower rate than your Usual and Customary Rate (UCR)?

3. Do 100% of your clients attend their sessions without rescheduling or dropping out?

4. Do 100% of your clients end treatment when you both decide they should?

If you said no to any of these questions, then your task during this month is to start putting your energy into marketing to get a yes for every question above.
