What is Apollo?

Our core business is driving an increase in revenue. We do this for practices and individual practitioners. Whilst that is difficult to engage a practitioner with that fact, it is what we do. How we do that is by understanding the practitioner and practice analytics. We find gaps and areas of improvement and work on those aspects. We also recruit for practices, find roles for practitioners and market to specific referral sources.

The how doesn't really appeal to many practitioners. But the why is our heart and soul. Our long game is client outcomes. Better engagement, empowered psychologists and clinical outcomes. Our who is quite targeted. We're niche. We are looking for individuals who wish to develop themselves as clinicians in private practice. Apollo is a team dedicated to the whole picture, big and small. Your journey. Your client's journey. Your administration's journey. Your business journey.

Fact. You're in business. Whether you're a single practitioner or your a practice.

Fact. 50% are comfortable with this.

Fact. 25% of the 50 % want to be comfortable with the idea of running their practice as a business.

Fact. My stats are gut feels, but hopefully, you get what I'm saying.

We work, through several sessions, to understand where to take the practitioners journey. Some practitioners aren't sure or feel as though they are "Just fine" with what they do in practice. Hence, it's not until we start discussing what is going on in detail, do we find what to work on.

Some outcomes are the following:

1. Better ways to manage time

2. Ways to manage new clients who don't attend

3. increased revenue due to better client attendance

4. More targeted client referrals

5. An increase in working days in private practice

6. Making the jump from employed to private practice
