Client Induction: The SMS

You can do so many things with an SMS. Make it work in your favour.

If a client is late, send them a map. Not sure how to do that? Get an office mobile and share your location for one hour.

Show the client how they can electronically sign their documents on their phone, so you don't have to print things for them. Get an iPad in the office and assist the client with electronically signing their documentation.

Send a message for a client to ask them on a scale of 1-10 how do they feel about their upcoming appointment.

Ask the client before their first appointment how they like their tea of coffee.

Send a message after the session to get client feedback.

Use the SMS to remind the client to bring their new client paperwork.

Send reminders for self-care things to do. Or send a weekly tip to your clients.

Use an SMS to remind a client of their homework for the next session.
