When a new client uses this feature, it is important for you or your reception team to make contact with the client. Whilst online booking portal automates some of your tasks in new client bookings, we don’t think you should leave out the “humanisation” aspect of client care.

Existing Clients
Whether you are rebooking your clients or you are paying someone to rebook your clients, you should consider how you can best utilise the online booking portal. Through the portal, your clients are provided the opportunity to see when you’re available. This reduces the to’ing and fro’ing when your reception team is booking in a client.

Active Client Follow Up
If you’ve had a few clients fall from your radar and you’re in the process of actively following them up, then an online booking portal is a great non-confrontational way to get your clients rebooked.
